No, not my notes, and no, I’m not the one interviewing, but Mandy came across an interesting article called “5 Job Interview Questions That Mean You’re Not Getting Hired…And One That Means You Are” that echoed a lot of the experiences I’ve had interviewing various places. It’s worth a read.

All interviews at my company are behavioral based and use the “tell me about a time when” format. The folks with well crafted stories succeed, substance and merit are generally disregarded.
