And so ends paternity leave and vacation.  We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.

Thankfully, this is becoming a more and more frequent sight.

Things are moving along well. Jack is doing very well. We’ve been buttoning up various things around Tarrytown, visiting doctors and picking up medical records and packing boxes, all in preparation for the final move on Friday. We’re picking up a trailer from U-Haul later today, packing tomorrow morning, and finally getting our butts up to Saratoga. I cannot wait.

The grandparents have been in town for the week, spending most of it saving our sanity. I can never thank them enough for the help they’ve given us over the past week. I really don’t know what we would have done without it.. L&L Moving Co. saved our sanity. :)

Ah, the joys of sleep deprivation. Thankfully, Mandy’s folks are up for a few days and are giving us a welcome bit of help with our new addition.

Jack Leins Lowery arrived today at 8:28am, weighing in at 8lbs, 12oz and measuring 20″ long.

Almost there.

• More fun with hotkeys. j-j now takes you to the next sub if you’re on the last item of a sub. Might change it to just j. Also, s and f are working again.
• Paul and Geoff got the console working.. ~ ftw.
• Spent most of the weekend cleaning up, both in the Bloglines beta and around the house. Nesting continues.
• Bought a tent for the crib to keep the kitties out.
• Also picked up a barely used White Hot XG #9 putter. Yay for the used bin! I’d link to it, but Odyssey is lame and don’t offer direct links to individual products.
